A deposit of 50% is payable within 3 days
after submitting the reservation form in order to confirm your booking. Should your
deposit not be paid by the specified date, the booking automatically becomes available for
other applications. The balance of your account must be paid 21 days prior to arrival. A
refundable deposit of R1000.00 is held and released after the property has been inspected.
There is a R300 post-departure cleaning fee.
The self-catering apartments are managed separately to the hotel and are not serviced
daily.

All guests will be required to sign the memorandum of
agreement on arrival.
All payments to be made by telegraphic transfer.
Confirmed reservations are subject to
the following cancellation rule, prior to the date of arrival:
Less than 21 days, guests forfeit the full deposit
More than 21 days, guests forfeit 50% of the deposit
We reserve the right to alter the
rates without notification.
